Emerson – tuition in Italian and translation into Italian of course material and PowerPoint presentations on business improvement
For some 15 years communiqué has supplied Emerson/Liebert with translation and dtp services in French, German, Spanish and Italian for their technical manuals for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and air conditioning systems.
We also worked with their European Director of Quality and Business Improvement. He required leaflets and course material to be translated into Italian and he also took a 3 month language course in Italian to assist with his work in Milan.
Communiqué provided a customised training module and one-to-one tuition on a weekly basis. When he came to present the course, it was extremely well–received, not just because he had taken the trouble to present in the trainees’ language, but because the presentation material translated by communiqué was well-written and technically of very high quality. A case of a clear language coup!
