tower of babble
Of the world’s billion internet users, one in three logs on in English, that’s no surprise. The technology started in the US; most Web pages are in English and more than 60% of US, Canadian, UK and Australian populations are online. But China is catching up. Other languages climbing rapidly are: Portuguese and Spanish, boosted by reviving economies throughout Latin America; French and Arabic, the latter a slowly awakening market of more than a ¼ billion speakers. Communiqué can help with all aspects of website creation from design to animations, content development and translation. |
